    Do I need any special software to use the files?

    Answer: Most of our downloads are provided in PDF or PNG formats. You can use free tools like:

    PDF files: Adobe Acrobat Reader, Preview (Mac), or Google Chrome.

    PNG files: Any image viewer, photo editor, or crafting app (e.g., Canva, GoodNotes).

    Can I re-download files later?

    Answer: If you lose your downloaded file, you can revisit the download link (if still active) or contact us for assistance.

    Why can’t I open the file after downloading it?

    Answer: Ensure you have the correct software installed (e.g., Adobe Reader for PDFs). If the file is corrupted, try downloading it again or contact me for help.

    Yes, all downloads on our website are free for personal use only.

    Can I sell items made with these downloads?

    Answer: No, these downloads are strictly for personal use and may not be used for commercial purposes. Selling, redistributing, or sharing the files on other platforms is not allowed.

    Answer: You are welcome to share the download link (not the files) with friends or on social media. Please credit Story to Craft when sharing!

    Why am I not receiving my download email?

    Answer: Check your spam or promotions folder. If you still don’t see the email, ensure you’ve entered the correct email address

    Mac Users:

  • How can I print the free downloads?

    You can print the files at home using any printer. For the best results:

    Use high-quality paper (like cardstock) for sturdier designs.

    Adjust your printer settings to actual size or 100% scale for accurate dimensions.

    Choose the best print quality setting in your printer preferences.

    Can I print these files at a professional print shop?

    Answer: Yes! You can save the files on a USB drive or email them to your preferred print shop. Make sure they support PDF or PNG formats.


  • How do I resize or customize the downloads?

    You can use programs like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Microsoft Word to resize or modify the files. Keep in mind that some designs may lose quality if resized significantly.

    What size are the printables?

    Answer: Most of my designs are formatted for 8.5x11 inches (US Letter). And A4 Specific dimensions are noted on each download blog post.

  • What is a ZIP file?

    A ZIP file is a compressed folder that contains multiple files or documents. It helps save storage space and makes it easier to download multiple items at once.

    For Windows:

    Click the download link:

    Once you click, the file will automatically save to your Downloads folder (or a location of your choice).

    Locate the ZIP file:

    Open File Explorer (Windows key + E), then go to the Downloads folder to find the file.

    Unzip the file:

    Right-click the ZIP file.

    Select Extract All from the context menu.

    Choose where you want to save the unzipped files and click Extract.

    For Apple (Mac):

    Click the download link:

    The file will automatically save to your Downloads folder.

    Locate the ZIP file:

    Open Finder and navigate to your Downloads folder.

    Unzip the file:

    Simply double-click the ZIP file.

    The contents will automatically extract into a folder in the same location as the ZIP file.

  • Yes! You can download ZIP files on mobile devices, but you may need a dedicated app to extract the contents.

    For iOS (iPhone/iPad): Use the Files app or download an app like WinZip from the App Store.

    For Android: Use a file manager app, or download tools like ZArchiver from the Google Play Store.

  • If you don’t have Photoshop, you can use free alternatives like Photopea (an online Photoshop-like tool) or apps like Canva to work with PNG files. However, these tools may not support PSD files or advanced editing options.
